How do I create a new account?

Simply click 'Login/ Register', located at the top right of the page and then click 'Create Account'. Registration should now be complete and you will receive a confirmation email shortly.Creating an account will allow you to create Wishlists, submit product reviews, check prior orders and check out faster.

How do I update my account details?

Simply click 'Login/ Register' or your name, located at the top right of the page to access the 'My Account' page. From here you can update your personal information, add addresses and credit card details as well as allowing you to review prior orders.

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?

Simply enter your email in the space provided at the bottom of every page on the site, and click 'Join'. If you create an account with World Of Ring you will also be automatically included on our mailing list, unless you choose to opt-out. Creating an account will also allow you to create Wishlists, submit product reviews, check prior orders and check out faster.

 

Ring Sizing

What's my ring size?

To find your ring size, download our Ring size guide and follow these tips:

  • Remember that your left and right hands may be different sizes so be sure to measure the finger the ring will be worn on most.
  • Measure when your hands are warm, not cold. For best results, measure a few times in the middle of the day.
  • Ensure you also measure your knuckle so the ring will slide over it.
  • Please be aware that rings with a wide shank may have to be ordered in a larger size than normal.

If it's a surprise, ask friends or family if they know her finger size, borrow one of her rings (from the correct finger) and use the ring measurements in our Ring Size Guide to determine the correct ring size.

What if I need my ring to be re-sized?

Some rings can be resized depending on the style and setting of the stones. If a ring has to be resized it can take up to 7 - 8 business days. Moreover full eternity rings cannot be resized. And only 1+ size will be allowed.If more than that, it will be chargeable.

What does TW mean?

TW stands for 'Total Weight'. When you add up all of the diamonds on a piece of jewelry or in a set, this equals the total weight.

What does carat mean?

A carat is the unit of measurement used to measure the weight of diamonds and other gemstones, as well as the purity of gold.When referring to rose, white or yellow gold, the number of carats tells you how much metal is in a particular piece, as a percentage. Pure gold, for example, is designated 24 carat, while 10-carat gold is around 41.6 percent gold.

At WOR we make it easy for you to tell whether we are talking about diamond carats or gold carats - Ct will be used  when referring to a diamond, while 'Kt' will be used for gold.

How much does shipping cost?

World of Rings provides “FREE SHIPPING” in USA and Canada  to its customer

How long will my delivery take?

Once your order has been placed, please allow 5-8 business days for tracking number and delivery depending on your location. Rings consisting "Baguette shaped Diamonds" will require additional 4-5 business days to complete Orders requiring customization requires three (3) additional business days to complete.

What could delay my order?

Whilst we endeavor to fulfill all orders, please be aware that some styles may not be available at the time of dispatch, particularly during sale or high demand periods like Christmas. If an item becomes unavailable, We will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your order.We work hard to protect our customer's personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We undertake efforts to verify the security and privacy of all orders. Due to these efforts, most orders take a minimum of 4-5 business days before being approved for shipment.

Orders requiring ring customization take up to three (3) additional business days to complete.You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account, or for additional assistance regarding your order, please email  support@worldofring.com or call 737.206.9226 and ensure you have your order number handy.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel. A 25 digit tracking number will be provided,after every purchase. And one can always track their order at https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&requester=WT/

 

Do I need to sign for the delivery?

For security reasons, a signature is required for all deliveries.

Can I change my delivery address?

We process and pack your order as soon as possible. This means that your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not been processed by our warehouse team. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible on free call 737.206.9226
