We want to inspire and delight you with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to meeting the requirements of our refund policy.

Returns Policy

  • Contact our Customer Care team on 737.206.9226 or support@worldofring.com to initiate a return. You'll need to provide your order number, contact details and reason for return.
  • Items should be returned in their original product packaging with the original product tags attached and with all paperwork (such as diamond certificates). Include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package.
  • All shipping return charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. We require that returned items are insured during delivery to safeguard against loss.
  • All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.
  • We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order excluding any delivery charges within 15 business days of receiving your returned item. 
  • WOR will pay for any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is damaged or defective. 
  • Items purchased from worldofring online can be returned ONLINE ONLY 
  • Special orders and customized rings are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If special orders or customized rings are damaged, they will be repaired.

Every piece of jewelry sold at worldofring.com covered under our 30-Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us about problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you.

What if I need my ring to be re-sized?

Some rings can be resized depending on the style and setting of the stones( not all Rings can be resized). If a ring has to be resized it can take up to 7 - 8 business days.Moreover full eternity rings cannot be resized. And only 1+ size will be allowed.If more than that, it will be chargeable. Diamond and eternity rings with a specific number of diamonds per finger size;cannot be resized, so please take care to order the correct ring size at time of purchase.

Goods are eligible for the refund and return policy provided that they are in as new condition and are accompanied by proof of purchase and original packaging. The item must not have been worn; the item must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Determination of an item matching the definition of "As New Condition" is at the sole discretion of World of Ring.
